Job Title: Manager Quality Assurance

Location: Irbid, Jordan

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead QC operations, ensure buyer compliance, manage inspection teams, and drive continuous quality improvement across production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inline and endline quality control systems aligned with buyer and internal standards.
• Supervise QC teams (inline, endline, and final inspectors) to ensure consistent quality performance.
• Monitor quality inspections across raw materials, inprocess, and finished goods, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Conduct random inspections and approve PP samples to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and AQL.
• Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Pareto, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track effectiveness of corrective actions and continuously refine quality control systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports including DHU and rejection trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective actions for audit readiness.
• Ensure full compliance with buyer technical packs, quality requirements, and brand standards.
• Coordinate and prepare for buyer/thirdparty quality, technical, and social audits.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand quality representatives and manage escalated audit issues.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies, 5S, and lean practices while maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years in Apparel Quality Control/Assurance.
• QA/Auditing certifications from recognized brands preferred.

Technical Skills

• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto)
• Inline and endline inspection processes
• Buyer quality compliance & audit handling

Languages

• English (Reading & Writing)
• Hindi / Bangla / Sinhala / Arabic (any)
