Education

Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline/ MCA / M. Tech

Experience/ Qualifications

·      12-17 years of experience in IT Product and Services stream

·      Strong and proven hands-on experience in all STLC phases. (Waterfall / Agile)

·      Proven hands-on experience in Core Banking System, in Quality Engineering.

·      5 to 7 years of experience in working on large scale enterprise level application Testing as QA Manager or Lead

·      Strong experience in Test Planning, estimations.

·      Exposure to IT infrastructure and DevOps services and testing impact.

·      Experience in handing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

·      Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

·      Provide leadership and direction to testing resources and guide them

through all testing phases and levels.

·      Partner with ReBIT Project Management Team on overall test approach,

tasks, and assignments for a project.

·      Provide overall QA effort estimate for project(s)

·      Review and analyse estimates provided by QAs for coverage and resource needs.

·      Develop overall test strategy and approach for project (including all

testing types―system, UAT, performance, end-to-end, etc.) with input from

Test Leads and Business Analysts.

·      Develop Project level Test Plan and obtain appropriate approvals.

·      Manage resource allocations for project(s).

·      Ensure appropriate project meetings are scheduled (e.g., test lead,

status, etc.)

·      Serve as escalation point for issues reported by QA team.

·      Coach and provide directions to QA team.

·      Escalate issues/concerns with assigned testing resources to CoE Leads.

·      Ensure that all testing phases are executed as per the test plan.

·      Ensure Test Preparation, Review and Execution is being done as per the

agreed process and standards.

·      Ensure that PPM is used in all testing phases.

·      Experience in defining test strategies for API, UI/UX, DB, Automation,

Performance, and functional testing.

·      Ensure that award and recognition are given to keep team members

motivated. 

·         Annual appraisals and quarterly reviews are conducted, and feedback is provided to CoE leads.
