Blockchain Solution Architect

Job title: Blockchain Solution Architect
Role: Selected candidate would be responsible for designing the solution
architecture, process and data flows, technical architecture and
deployment architecture for the applications to be developed as part of
the engagement. The candidate would be responsible for building
state-of-the-art blockchain platform and applications for delivering
public services. The software should be scalable, fast, secure, cost-
efficient and should meet the other technical considerations as
established by the client. The selected candidate would also lead
creation of any thought leadership or policy documents as required.
Responsibilities:  Manage and lead the development team and ensure
development of a scalable, secure and efficient blockchain
platform and applications
 Engage with multiple stakeholders to design the solution and
technical architecture and develop a solution adhering to the
requirements.
 Drive creation of a state-of-the-art Blockchain platform for
ensuring security and efficiency
 Drive thought leadership and innovation leveraging in
blockchain
 Design and architect end-to-end blockchain solutions, ensuring
scalability, security, and efficiency.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business
requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 Develop comprehensive blockchain architecture blueprints.
 Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and
technologies.
 Lead the development team in implementing and integrating
blockchain solutions.
 Provide technical guidance on best practices and industry
standards.
 Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with project
goals and objectives.
 Stay abreast of blockchain technology trends and
advancements.

Candidate
requirements:

 Should have a BTech degree in CSE, ECE or a related
engineering field
 More than 7 years of hands-on experience designing and
developing software working in support activities, and/or
managing IT software
 Atleast 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect / Technical
Lead for an IT project
 Atleast 4 years of experience working hands-on with
Enterprise grade Blockchain solutions and applications
leveraging Ethereum / Hyperledger Fabric / EVM Architecture
chains. Candidates should have good understand of Blockchain
Technology and Architecture, Decentralized apps, popular
blockchain protocols (Ethereum, or any EVM-based chains and
Hyperledger Fabric).

 Candidate should have hands on experience writing solidity
smart contracts or Hyperledger Fabric chaincodes in Node js /
Go
 Candidate should be well versed in ancillary software required
for development of DApps such as IPFS, Oracles, NoSQL
databases etc.
 Candidate should be well versed with designing cloud hosted /
on-prem blockchain applications.

Skills  Proficiency in blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum,

Hyperledger, Corda).
 Strong understanding of cryptography and consensus
algorithms.
 Experience designing and implementing decentralized
applications (DApps).
 Knowledge of smart contract development and auditing.
 Familiarity with tokenomics and decentralized finance (DeFi)
concepts.
 Solid understanding of blockchain security principles.
 Ability to assess and mitigate potential risks in blockchain
implementations.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Expertise in distributed ledger technology and peer-to-peer
networks.
 Programming skills (e.g., Solidity, NodeJS, Go, etc.) for smart
contract development
