The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface.

Post this, you transition into your landing position within the function you are hired where you apply everything youve learned, deepen your functional expertise, and start making tangible impact. During your 24-month journey, youre prepared not just for your next managerial role (landing position in your function)but to take on significant leadership responsibilities within 68 years. Qualifications

Master of Business Administration from Teir 1 B-Schools only (Operations, Finance, Supply chain is preferred)

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics is preferred)

4 - 5 years of experience in Purchasing & Supply Chain management, Manufacturing and Quality.

Techno-commercial experience at reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 Company of automotive OEMs

Experience in Product costing, Cost Benchmarking, Negotiation, Project management, Supplier development, Strategizing with new business Models and Operations Excellence
