Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SuccessFactors modules Solution Design & Architecture and Business Process Modelling. This role requires a deep understanding of various SuccessFactors components and the ability to design and implement effective solutions. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is day.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors modules such as BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet and others to create a cohesive system.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring best practices are followed in solution design and architecture.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Ensure the scalability reliability and security of SuccessFactors solutions by implementing robust architecture and design principles.Monitor and manage system performance identifying and resolving any issues that may arise to maintain optimal functionality.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SuccessFactors and related technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.Provide training and support to end-users and other team members to ensure they are proficient in using the SuccessFactors system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SuccessFactors solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of solution design and implementation.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile Workforce Planning ECTimeOffTimeSheet Workforce Analytics OnBoarding Platform and Employee Central.Demonstrate strong skills in Solution Design & Architecture with a proven track record of successful implementations.Have a solid understanding of Business Process Modelling and its application in designing effective solutions.Experience in Pricing Optimization and Performance Management in the retail domain is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
Certifications Required
Certified in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Workforce Planning and OnBoarding.
