Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mulesoft and a good understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in leading technical projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft-based solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and integration of APIs using Mulesoft.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through rigorous testing and validation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data quality and data governance standards.Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft applications to ensure scalability and reliability.Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft solutions and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mulesoft and related technologies.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies in all Mulesoft implementations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Mulesoft development and integration.Have a strong understanding of data quality and data governance principles.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in API design and development.Have experience with performance tuning and optimization of Mulesoft applications.Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft or related technologies.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
