Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium and Salesforce Advance with a strong background in analytics being a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for our products.Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.Provide expertise in Salesforce Advance to validate and verify the functionality and performance of our Salesforce-based solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.Conduct detailed analysis of test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.Implement best practices for test automation and continuous integration to enhance the testing process.Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the testing lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools techniques and trends to maintain a competitive edge.Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies to improve overall product quality.Support the implementation of analytics to gain insights into product performance and user behavior.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Selenium and Salesforce Advance.Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Have a solid understanding of test automation frameworks and continuous integration.Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.Knowledge of analytics and its application in testing is a plus.Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.Commitment to delivering high-quality products within deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
