Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate should have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure seamless data integration.Oversee the use of Oracle File-Based Data Import to manage and streamline data migration processes.Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher to support business decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system functionality.Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance for Oracle applications.Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices.Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Contribute to the development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.Foster a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
