Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in J2EE and AWS IoT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of software solutions using J2EE and AWS IoT technologies.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain scalable secure and efficient code that meets industry standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.Participate in the planning and execution of software testing and quality assurance activities.Ensure proper documentation of software design development and deployment processes.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in J2EE and AWS IoT with at least 10 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate expertise in software development including design coding testing and deployment.Have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management which is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
