Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) Spring 4 and Hybris along with domain experience in Education E-Learning and Education Domains. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English (Read/Write) and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Java SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) Spring 4 and Hybris.Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business processes in the Education and E-Learning domains.Ensure the quality and performance of the software through rigorous testing and code reviews.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the technical stack.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project status.Implement best practices for software development including version control continuous integration and deployment.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions.Contribute to the companys purpose by developing innovative solutions that enhance the educational experience for users.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Java SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) Spring 4 and Hybris.Demonstrate domain expertise in Education E-Learning and Education Domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in English (Read/Write) for effective communication and documentation.Have experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.Display strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
