Manager - Project Planning

Role & Responsibility

• Lead project planning activities from initiation to closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to plan.
• Implement project control measures to mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage project closure activities, including handover and documentation.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Conduct resource planning to allocate resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize critical path methodology to identify key project activities and dependencies.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Real Estate/ Construction industry.
