Role Summary
This role will serve as the central program execution and data owner for Non-Endemic advertising at Zepto. The Program Manager will ensure delivery assurance, revenue hygiene, and data accuracy across non-endemic ad campaigns by working closely with Ad Ops, Sales, Product Ops and other internal stakeholders.
The role is designed to bring discipline, visibility, and predictability to non-endemic monetization through strong program management and hands-on ownership of campaign data and Ad Ops workflows.
What You Will Own:
Central Program Management
- Own day-to-day execution tracking for all non-endemic ad campaigns across in-app, off-app, IP-led, CRM, and offline formats.
- Act as the single coordination layer between Sales, Ad Ops, Design, Product Ops, Finance, and vendors to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
- Maintain a live view of campaign status, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues early with clear context and data.
Ad Ops & Delivery Governance
- Partner with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns are correctly set up, trafficked, and delivered as per commercial commitments.
- Track booked vs delivered, pacing, and delivery percentages on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively identify under-delivery, inventory constraints, or execution risks and coordinate corrective actions or make-goods.
Data Ownership & Reporting
- Own campaign-level data hygiene across delivery, revenue realization, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain structured trackers and dashboards for:
- Campaign status & pacing
- Booked vs delivered reconciliation
- Revenue realization vs commitment
- Flag data gaps and work with relevant teams to improve data availability and reliability.
Revenue & Performance Support
- Support monthly and campaign-level revenue reporting by validating delivery data and reconciling discrepancies.
- Assist in post-campaign performance summaries by consolidating delivery and outcome metrics.
- Identify repeatable execution patterns and gaps to improve future campaign predictability.
Process & Scale Enablement
- Help institutionalize SOPs, checklists, and standard trackers for non-endemic campaign execution.
- Document edge cases, learnings, and operational nuances to reduce dependency on tribal knowledge.
- Drive consistency in execution workflows as scale increases.
