About the Role
Product Manager will play a vital role in positioning and scaling our partnership-driven products. This role requires a unique blend of product thinking and innovation, market understanding and marketing acumen, partnership management, and execution excellence to deliver impactful education solutions with universities, corporates, edtech platforms, and training partners.
The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding business requirement, translating into scalable product offerings, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring commercial success of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product GTM Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product strategy for NSE Academy and partner-led education products – digital courses and live online programs
- Identify market gaps and product opportunities aligned with organizational goals
- Build product roadmaps that balance business requirements, learner experience, and business objectives
- Partnership Management
- Serve as the partnership manager for domestic and international partners of NSE Academy (universities, professional bodies, Knowledge partners)
- Collaborate with partners to map their product features and develop scalable learning products
- Co-create programs with partners ensuring differentiation and learner impact
- Maintain accurate records of leaners and prepare Monthly sales information sheets for partners
- Product Development & Delivery
- Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality product and industry leading learning experiences.
- Define program structures, formats (live, hybrid, self-paced), and assessment modes
- Support in sales enablement through regular product training and supporting sales teams in sales meetings.
- Commercial Ownership
- Define product pricing, value proposition, and positioning in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Track product P&L and drive growth metrics.
- Support sales enablement with product pitches, proposals, and partner-specific solutions.
- Research & Insights
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and learner feedback analysis.
- Stay updated with trends in edtech, corporate learning, and higher education.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of education/edtech ecosystem, partnerships, and program management.
- Excellent product management skills – from concept to launch to scale.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making.
- Ability to balance partner needs with learner experience and business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, program management, or partnerships in education, edtech, or training sectors.
- Experience working with universities, corporates, or professional bodies is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of building and scaling learning products.
