Manager Production Planning & Control

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Following will be the responsibilities of the position holder:

• Release of Process Order for Production from SAP–R3.
• Material Planning on 03 month rolling plan.
• Create the Purchase Requisition of materials.
• Prepare Day wise Packing materials schedule based on Production schedule and shortages given to Purchase.
• Follow –up with QC for release of raw & packing Material.
• Follow-up with QC/QA for Finished Goods status.
• Follow-up with Purchase for RM & PM deliveries.
• Check for material shortage as per Production Plan on daily basis.
• Follow –up /co-ordinate with store for GRN of raw & packing material.
• Follow-up for deliverance of FG.
• Follow-up with Purchase/CQA for GRN issues.
• Review of agreed targets plan v/s actual.
• Responsible for on time delivery of Export and Institution orders.
• Responsible for stability batches for Vendor development of raw materials
• SOP preparation.
• Review distress inventory and liquidation of the same.
• Responsible for providing Provision
• Production planning for M0 and M1
• Handling audits.
• Responsible for Capacity Planning SOP work through DARIUS
• To complete all ISOTrain related trainings without failure within stipulated time frame.
