Data Asset PO Resource requirementsBusiness:Take charge of end-to-end data development with leading a team of BAs and support execution of discovery, data curation, testing and documentationCollaborating with other business teams to align roadmaps timelines for dependencies and holistic business objectivesUnderstand the project life cycle and different phases of the projectCapture, document and translate business requirements into technical documentsResponsible for keeping the stories in backlogs up to date, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and prioritized. Proactive communication of project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, and IssuesStrategize business needs and future roadmaps with respect to rollouts, discovery and migration plansPartner & proactively lead meetings with business SMEs to future scope, pre-discovery, data discovery to drive overall achievement of digital roadmap and business value generationConcisely communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, incl. business SMEs, BAs, change management experts, IT, business and Digital Transformation Team, senior leadership to gain & move project work forward.Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform and mature our business.Apply technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design, and performance requirementsExcellent SQL skills and data analyst skills is a mustExperience with Databricks and SQL Management StudioCollaborative, responsive to feedback and working in a team environmentBusiness stakeholder engagement efficient and effective communicator with ability to gather business requirements from global stakeholders and translate it to data requirementsQuick learner with knowledge of Supply Chain is a strong plus (Deliver domain)SDLC knowledge and experience is a mustData Architecture experience and design best practices Jira experience is a plusData Quality experience is a plusTechnical testing experience is a plus
