About the Function:

The Product Onboarding and Partner Management function at Happay is responsible for overseeing and managing partner-led implementations of our SaaS-based expense management product. This function plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient deployment of the platform for enterprise customers. By working closely with implementation partners and internal teams, the function ensures that each onboarding journey is seamless, scalable, and aligned with the customer’s business goals.
About the Role:
The incumbent will be a proactive and detail-oriented Solution Consultant responsible for managing partner-led implementations of Happay’s spend management platform. This role acts as the primary liaison between Happay, its implementation partners, and enterprise clients—ensuring seamless project execution, high-quality solution delivery, and strong alignment across all stakeholders.
The role demands a mix of project management, functional understanding, and client engagement to ensure successful onboarding outcomes. It is pivotal in shaping the customer’s initial experience with the product and setting the foundation for long-term success.
What will you be doing:
Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders.
Partner Enablement & Support:
- Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources required to implement Happay’s expense management solution effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to gather requirements, offer configuration support, and recommend optimal solutions within the product’s capabilities.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track partner performance against defined KPIs and monthly Go-live targets.
- Share regular performance reports and actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
- Own project governance end-to-end, including escalations, follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementations, partner efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- A graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in partner or channel management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with expense management, finance automation, or ERP-related products would be an added advantage.
