Key Responsibility:

-Define and execute the product roadmap for ThefinPedias digital platforms

(website, research tools, content products, and user journeys)

-Build and optimize financial education, research, and analytics products for investors

and learners. Work closely with tech, content, design, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality,

user-centric, and compliant product delivery.

- Continuously improve UX/UI, onboarding flows, and feature adoption.

- Drive user growth across organic, paid, referral, and partnership channels.

- Own key growth metrics including traffic, registrations, engagement, retention, and

conversion.

- Design and run growth experiments to improve funnel performance.

- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, content growth, performance marketing, and

community building.

- Identify and execute monetization opportunities including subscriptions, premium

research, lead generation, and partnerships.

- Collaborate with content and research teams to translate insights into high-impact

product offerings.

- Track and analyze product and growth KPIs using analytics tools.

- Use data to identify growth opportunities, drop-offs, and content/product performance.

- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.

- Identify and manage fintech, investment, and financial services partnerships.

- Work with business teams to enable revenue-generating collaborations.

- Act as the central point of coordination between product, tech, content, marketing, and

operations.

- Ensure timely execution of initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance

standards.

- Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

- Build and manage product and growth processes, frameworks, and documentation.
