Role Overview

The Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as the "brain" of the procurement organization. In this role, you aren't just an IT admin; you are the bridge between procurement strategy and technical execution. Your mission is to ensure our ERP is optimized, adopted, and delivering the data we need to make smart spending decisions.

Position: Manager/Lead, Procurement CoE (Systems & Digital Transformation)

Focus: ERP Ownership, Process Standardisation, and Data Integrity

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Governance & Optimization

Act as the Functional Owner of the Procurement ERP module

Drive the roadmap for system enhancements, ensuring the platform evolves with business needs.

Manage the "Business As Usual" (BAU) support, troubleshooting complex workflow issues that standard IT cannot resolve.

2. Process Standardization

Design and enforce global procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Contract Management) within the system.

Eliminate "maverick spend" by making the ERP the easiest and most compliant path for users to buy goods and services.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

Maintain the integrity of the Vendor Master Data.

Develop dashboards to track key KPIs: system adoption rates, PO automation levels, and cycle times.

Translate raw system data into actionable insights for Category Managers.

4. Change Management & Training

Lead the rollout of new features or modules to global stakeholders.

Create and maintain a library of "How-To" guides and conduct regular training sessions for both internal users and suppliers.

Required Qualifications

  • ERP Expertise: Power-user or Admin-level experience in SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Process Mindset: Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, and Invoicing).

Preferred "Soft" Skills

  • The Translator: The ability to explain technical system constraints to a Category Manager and business requirements to an IT Developer.
  • The Diplomat: High emotional intelligence to manage resistance when changing legacy workflows.
  • The Auditor: A keen eye for detail
