Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Driving Strategic initiatives for Strategic Program management and function planning for Mahindra Trucks and Buses Business
2. Strategic projects execution with senior leadership of the organization
3. Developing and leading agreements and contracts for internal and external collaborations
4. Driving digitization in Product Development and MPDS development at Mahindra Trucks and Buses
5. Developing best practices for program management and propagating them through the organization
6. Know-how and ability to contribute to Master Project Plan, list of related system level & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan & time plan and communicates to CFT members to ensure QCD of the project
7. Awareness off Gateway development process of automobiles, activity charts with dependent activities, efficient path, identifying critical path, critical activity and resources
8. Co-ordinate with internal/ external agencies for Program management function initiatives
9. Concern’s resolution through continuous co-ordination with stakeholders
10. Awareness of risk analysis and mitigation. Proactive role in flagging the potential risk areas and ensuring that a mitigation plan is made available"

Experience

Experience -8-12 years

Industry Preferred -Automotive/Truck & Buses

Qualifications - BE/BTech+MBA

1. Knowledge of new product development process / MPDS
2. Ability to develop and implement IT based solutions
3. Knowledge of Budgeting, cost management and manpower planning
4. Strong command over MS office- excel and power point, Power BI and dashboarding
5. Demonstrate innovative approaches
6. Disciplined & Achievement focussed
7. Able to Execute the deliverables within the time with minimum guidance & timely escalation
8. Collaborative with CFT
