Must have capabilities:

• Should be open to support full US Central or West coast hours which translates to supporting US projects till 4 to 530 AM India time.
• PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, resource/capacity management, program execution 
• PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations 
• Project manager experience managing different types of transformation projects – digital, business process, Operational, IT etc.
• End-to End Portfolio Management implementation – intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, financial management 
• End-to End ERP implementation
• Leverage data and a variety of tools to present complex messages to a range of audiences 
• Lead client discussions and status reporting on key milestones and deliverables to ensure project stays on track according to plan, highlighting and addressing relevant risks and issues
• Strong communication and presentation skills and be able to express yourself effectively, by breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of Project Management tool such as MS Project/Clarity PPM/ Primavera/Smartsheet/Jira and Confluence.
