Performance Management & Employee Counselling Manager

Swid Renewables Limited is one of the fastest growing Solar EPC companies in India, executing large-scale industrial solar projects across multiple states. As part of our organisational growth and process strengthening, we are looking for a Performance Management & Employee Counselling Manager to help build a high-performance work culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS) across departments
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with department heads and management
Develop KPIs, KRAs and performance scorecards for various roles
Identify performance gaps and conduct employee counselling sessions for improvement
Support managers in providing constructive performance feedback
Create Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) where necessary
Maintain proper documentation of performance evaluations and counselling records
Work closely with HR and management to ensure fair, transparent and growth-oriented evaluation systems
Contribute to building a high accountability and high ownership culture

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Psychology preferred
37 years experience in HR, Performance Management or Employee Development
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
Experience in implementing PMS frameworks in growing organisations
Ability to handle sensitive employee discussions professionally
Strong documentation and communication skills
