Experience required: 15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of personnel, visitors, offices, plants, and godowns.
- Adhere to company standards and comply with local/state safety regulations.
- Liaise with external authorities (fire, police, airport, etc.).
- Safeguard company assets against theft, fire, and hazards.
- Conduct fire drills, train employees on emergency equipment usage.
- Manage security guard operations: shift scheduling, training, attendance, payroll, and performance.
- Oversee vendor management, invoice processing, SAP entries, MIS reporting, and AMC renewals.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and support employees/customers.
- Allocate security staff for corporate events and ensure smooth attendance systems.
- Administer carpool operations and prepare/control the security budget.
