We are currently hiring for a leading childcare management platform that simplifies administrative and communication tasks for preschools and daycare centers.


Headquartered in the United States, The company has a growing international footprint across India, the UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.


The Opportunity

Were looking for a Manager People & Culture with 5+ years of experience to strengthen our people function. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving engagement, growth, and culture across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that enable growth and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and development.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to foster belonging, collaboration, and motivation across teams.
  • Support Finance with HR-related data and coordination.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring transparent and empathetic communication.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR policies.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being programs.
  • Use HR analytics to track engagement, performance, and retention, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Facilitate leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Mentor junior HR team members and promote continuous improvement.


What Were Looking For

  • 57 years of HR experience, preferably in Saas/B2B industry.
  • Global exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with HRMS tools and HR analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills with a people-first mindset.
  • A track record of building inclusive and engaging work cultures.
