Job Description

Responsibilities

:

  • Coordinate with ops team and ensure all new hire LPs are shared with TSSC for upload

  • Ensure all LP PKTs are conducted on iLearn and LTO are closed for New Hires as per the planned schedule

  • Publish New Hire Dashboard with stakeholders (Fortnightly/ Monthly)

  • Escalate in case of any pending beyond defined timelines

  • Overall governance of LP/LTO Management for the account

  • Share schedule with Ops team

  • Finalize the number of PKTs and eligible list with ops team

  • Ensure opts teams shares the PKTs (Question Paper PKT Template) with TSSC for upload before the scheduled timeline

  • Work with ops team on TNI for Failure/ Low scoring cases and ensure the reassessment are uploaded for the respective employees

  • Coordinate with TSSC for PKT Dashboard

  • Publish Dashboard with stakeholder (Monthly/ Quarterly)
