WHO ARE WE: Instituted on August 16, 2016 Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited mandated with the responsibility of executing CSR for Tata Steel. A Section 8 company, TSF is rapidly growing across Odisha, Jharkhand, Bengal, Maharashtra, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh with over 1600+ people and presence in over 16 units. Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Duration of Contract: The duration of the contract will be subject to the availability of funds from the partner organization.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Partnerships ---> Head/Lead, Partnerships.

Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Purpose of the Role: To drive effective project implementation and governance by building strategic partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, and managing communication strategies that strengthen stakeholder engagement and amplify project impact.

Key Deliverables:

• Track program outcomes and related reporting requirements as per the agreement with the Partners through Program MIS.
• Manage end-to-end reporting requirements including Project Report, Finance Reports, Case Studies, Review Briefs & Decks, MoM, any state-level events etc.
• Facilitate Field visit of Funders, Govt Functionaries, and Senior Leadership: Manage end-to-end field visit and documentation including logistics, customer experience, etc.
• Co-drafting proposals, grant applications, collaterals, AV materials, etc in consultation with the thematic and partnerships team.
• This would include travelling to project locations and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Work experience required in years: 5-10 years.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation or equivalent from reputed institutions.

Technical Skill Sets required:

• Fundraising, partnership management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation preferred.
• Proficiency in funder reporting and familiarity with funder expectations.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
