Job Title: Customer Service Order Management Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Order Management Manager to lead the Order Entry and O2C process for US customers. The role involves managing a team, handling purchase orders, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Order Entry / Customer Service team
- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- Verify and process customer Purchase Orders
- Support US customers during US business hours
- Maintain orders using Salesforce, Rootstock, Softeon, or similar tools
- Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of total experience with 2+ years in team management
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and order processing
- Experience working with US customers
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce / Rootstock / Softeon
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
