About the role:- 

This role is focused on driving gold loan from home (GLFH) sales across geographies. The Manager will lead customer acquisition efforts, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 

He will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by streamlining sales processes, managing operational efficiency, and aligning cross-functional teams. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the sales team is equipped, motivated, and aligned with company objectives. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy & Execution 

  • Drive GLFH disbursements through FOS and other field channels: 

  • Lead daily sales huddles, set targets, and monitor performance across FOS and Channel Heads. 

  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, lead generation drives, and customer acquisition campaigns through field team. 

  • Track daily MIS and sales funnel metrics to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals. 

  • Train and motivate branch channel and field team on product features and sales pitch strategies. 

  • Conduct regular field visits to branches and FOS locations to energize sales effort. 

  

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development 

  • Work closely with channels heads to develop new DSA partners to expand GLFH business. 

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing DSA partners and drive GLFH business. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and partnership team to drive GLFH business. 

  

Operations Management 

  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, and fulfilment teams. 

  • Implement incentive structures and recognition programs to boost morale and productivity. 

  • Oversee daily sales, operations and CRM systems. 

  • Implement DSA payouts to ensure sustained business contribution. 

  • Resolve team-level challenges, conflicts and ensure alignment with company goals. 

  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and best practices. 

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including performance dashboards and PowerPoint presentations. 

  • Present data and insights during sales review meetings with senior leadership. 

  • Forecast and project sales figures based on historical trends and market dynamics 

  • Deliver P&L presentations with detailed sales analytics, cost analysis, and business predictions 

  

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in gold loan or retail lending sales, with proven team management experience.
