Manager Operations Management II

  • What does a successful Operations Manager do at FISERV?

    • Provide clients with proactive outreach interaction and timely responses to services and product solutions.

    • Develop effective communication and relationships with key client personnel.

    • Liaison between Fiserv and its clients/customers, working to resolve problems and ensure services and solutions are delivered as expected.

    • Conducting Customer service presentations, meetings and workshops with Clients.

    • Act as a point of contact for complaints and co-ordinate with multiple internal stakeholders for effectively resolving client queries and issues.

    • Create plans to address clients’ business needs, customizations and coordinate with internal projects team to address them.

    • Planning, organizing, and developing training curricula, materials, and programs for clients.

    • Monitor and measure Client satisfaction through NPS and LTR measures

  • What will you need to know?

    • Understanding of Merchant Acquiring business, POS terminal operations, and knowledge of hospitality payment solutions would be preferable.

    • Ability to manage, track, monitor and communicate with various external stakeholders such as clients, vendors etc.

    • Self-Driven Change agent with a positive customer focused attitude, to lead improvement and transformation at an organization level.

  • What will be great to have?

    • Experience of at least 10 years for merchant acquiring or payment services companies.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
