Job Description

Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and improve operational KPIs and procedures to ensure efficient work culture and resource management.
Lead and manage a team, providing mentorship, guidance, and clear objectives to drive performance and productivity.
Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Continuously analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, producing regular reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Identify potential risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruptions.
Work in collaboration with account managers and cross functional teams to drive proof of concepts and client commitment.
Should be able to manage or lead global teams and adapt to global culture.
Should be able to cut across multiple process, have driven LEAN or part of LDT team
Be liaison between leadership team, account manager and team.
Be proactive and ensure channelizing business updated from bottom to top.
Handson individual who has worked in data driven environments.
Ensure compliance with company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
Drive new analysis and help the cost reduction initiatives.
Good understanding of Supply chain and aftermarket services
Adaptable into fast paced work environment, open for changes with high quantitative aptitude.
Go getter who can work independently with min direction and guidance.
Well versed with current Data, Tech and AI landscape industry
Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects.
