Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve disputes in a fair and equitable manner.

Promote positive employee relations, open communication, and a healthy work environment.

Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Dark store employees.

Identify opportunities for professional growth and career development.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and HR-related documentation.

Benefits and Compensation:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as needed.

Manage compensation structures and annual salary reviews.

Health and Safety:

Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety.

Investigate and report workplace accidents or incidents as needed.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.

Encourage teamwork and camaraderie among Dark store employees.

Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare and present HR-related reports and data to senior management as needed.

Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.
