Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team     handling of 6-10 sales managers in surrounding tier 2 and 3 cities

        
  • Responsible     to deliver GWP(Premium) targets, distribution targets      

        
  • Agent     Recruitment and their Activation, Market Share with profitability

        
  • Need     to visit min 2 times his DO locations in a month

        
  • Explore     new business opportunities in the designated geography

        
  • Meet     channel partners and publish MOM of all visits      

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

  • Any     Graduate

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

  • Guide     and handhold team for day-to-day task and set the day context in     daily virtual morning hurdles      

        
  • Identity     local candidates and hire them as Sales Manager and build a     successful team

        
  • Interaction     with cross functional teams like operations and claims for any query

        
  • Ensure     continuous learning of team and groom them to become future leaders
