Key Roles & Responsibilities
Team handling of 6-10 sales managers in surrounding tier 2 and 3 cities
Responsible to deliver GWP(Premium) targets, distribution targets
Agent Recruitment and their Activation, Market Share with profitability
Need to visit min 2 times his DO locations in a month
Explore new business opportunities in the designated geography
Meet channel partners and publish MOM of all visits

Any Graduate

Guide and handhold team for day-to-day task and set the day context in daily virtual morning hurdles
Identity local candidates and hire them as Sales Manager and build a successful team
Interaction with cross functional teams like operations and claims for any query
Ensure continuous learning of team and groom them to become future leaders
