To drive the Agency premium in the location for Non Health Business
To monitor and drive Agency business of DO locations through:
路 Agency Recruitment
路 Agent Activation
路 Agent Productivity
路 Agent Engagement Matrix
To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Handle 6-8 Sales Managers in the region.
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target
