Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager OOH (South Region)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6 to10 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead and grow our Out-of-Home (OOH) business operations in the South region, based out of Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, client servicing, and market expansion across key South Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive OOH media sales and achieve annual revenue targets.

Develop and execute sales strategies for the South region.

Identify and acquire new clients, agencies, and direct advertisers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, creative) for seamless campaign execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and media deals effectively.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.

Key Requirements:

68 years of experience in OOH / Media Sales / Advertising (South market exposure preferred).

Strong network with agencies and direct clients in Bangalore and South India.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience handling regional OOH inventory.

Strong understanding of media planning and outdoor advertising formats.

Ability to work independently and drive regional growth.
