Job Description: Manager - Relationship Management (Pune)
- Location: Baner-Sus / Kharadi
- Reports to: AGM - Brand Experience

Why this role. Why Now?
As our customer base expands, we need a proactive leader to strengthen relationships with PAC (Post Acquisition Customer) and PPC (Post Possession Customers) customers, drive engagement through events, and onboard clients onto our VJOP App. This role is crucial to fostering loyalty, generating leads, and supporting business growth in a competitive market.
What Success Looks like in 1 year:
- Established strong, trust-based relationships with key PAC and PPC customers.
- Consistent participation of customers in all Parivaar events.
- Significant increase in customer onboarding on VJOP App.
- Measurable lead generation from relationship-driven activities.
- A well-motivated, collaborative team contributing to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with PAC and PPC customers.
- Invite and encourage customers to participate in all Parivaar events.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Onboard new customers onto the VJOP App and promote its usage.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling through relationship insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for customer engagement activities.
- Generate leads through relationship channels; track and report progress.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Must have experience (Non Negotiable):
- Proven experience in relationship management or client onboarding in financial or similar sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and host engaging customer events.
- Experience in onboarding users onto digital platforms.
- Track record of generating leads through relationship channels.
Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):
- Knowledge of VJOP App or similar digital onboarding tools.
- Familiarity with PAC/PPC customer segments and their needs.
- Experience with event management and customer engagement strategies.
