Manager On Duty

1.       Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. 

2.       A MOD will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements. Ultimately, MOD will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.

1.       Handling customer and employee issues

2.       Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency

3.       Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met

4.       Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals

5.       Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies

6.       Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow

7.       Uphold and enforce company policies

8.       Train new hires

9.       Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed

10.   Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction

11.   Schedule shifts

12.   Help management create the department’s budget

13.   Address customer issues and complaints

14.   Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities

15.   Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues

16.   Oversee security of the facility

To develop cordial relations with other departmental personnel. To develop relations characterized by sympathetic understanding and emotional affinity with patients and their relatives.
