This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Sales based in Karnal. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves leading a sales team, setting goals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to evaluate data and create actionable sales strategies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Experience in Sales Operations with the ability to manage teams and drive revenue growth
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic real estate environment
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools is a plus
