Job Description
Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals
On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales
explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly
Assisting the team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings
Interfacing with Central Marketing & Technology Team to facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for team members
Interfacing with Developer Relations team to ensure a clear understanding of the focus properties among
team members
Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to generate local self-leads for
the team
Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate businesses through direct &
indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that
predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded
Apply if you have
Experience in direct sales in a team leading role
Good selling and negotiation skills
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property
solutions to prospects
High levels of passion and ownership
