AdOnMo runs Indias largest elevator media network with 50,000+ screens across 26 cities, reaching 20 million people daily in gated communities, offices, malls, and gyms.

Were looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to build and grow AdOnMos advertising business in Ahmedabad . This is a hands-on, on-ground role involving client meetings, property visits, and end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle:from prospecting and pitching to closing, execution, and follow-ups.

Youll work closely with brands, agencies, and media buyers, understand their goals, recommend the right screen placements, and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly. The focus is on building long-term relationships, consistent revenue, and a strong local pipeline.

What were looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience in media sales, ad sales, or B2B sales (outdoor/digital media is a plus).
• Strong communication and structured thinking.
• Understanding of advertising and media planning.
• High ownership, comfort with fieldwork, and the ability to manage a clean pipeline independently.
• This role is for someone who prefers depth over noise, consistency over hype, and autonomy over micromanagement.
• Youll own the Ahmedabad market and help shape how we grow there.
