At VuduCom, we work with some of the most exciting brands to drive measurable growth through creator-led marketing. Were looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will lead and scale our influencer marketing team, own performance outcomes, and drive best-in-class ROI for our key clients.
Role OverviewThe Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, execution oversight, and performance management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients. This role involves managing a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists, driving operational excellence, optimizing ROI, and acting as a key stakeholder for client and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Specialists.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
- Review team output on influencer shortlisting, negotiations, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and brand alignment across all campaigns.
- Define influencer marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives, brand voice, and target audiences.
- Oversee influencer selection frameworks to ensure ROI-driven creator partnerships.
- Guide the team on platform-specific strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and best practices for influencer campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across multiple clients and industries.
- Ensure influencer contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed.
- Monitor campaign performance and guide optimization decisions in real time.
- Lead post-campaign analysis, insights, and performance reporting.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and client teams.
- Present campaign strategies, performance insights, and ROI learnings to clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, operations, legal, and finance.
- Ensure alignment with legal and compliance teams on influencer guidelines and disclosures.
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platforms, tools, and content formats.
- Identify new creator categories, formats, and execution models to drive better results.
- Continuously evolve influencer frameworks to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns at scale.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team in influencer or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing economics, ROI metrics, and performance analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
- Strong communication skills both client-facing and internal.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- At least 12 years in a people-management or team-lead role (preferred).
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing regulations, disclosures, and compliance.
- Experience working with FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Work on high-impact influencer campaigns for leading brands.
