To oversee and monitor all activities to ensure that trading members/ stock brokers adhere to the regulatory norms by conducting their periodic monitoring, verification of member submissions, Inspection / Internal audit reports and regular follow up with members for the same.

1)        Off-site monitoring & supervision of Members:

•        Review various processes/activities relating to off-site supervision of Stock Brokers

•        Monitor, analyse various submissions made by Members with respect to laid down early warning parameters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

•        Detailed evaluation of risk parameters and identification of red flags

•        Ensure execution of offsite compliance

•        Ensuring periodic follow up with Members

•        Reviewing the periodic MIS to be provided.
