Job Description



POSITION OVERVIEW

Results-driven Project Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience in eSIM/SIM card lifecycle management, DP+ provisioning, SM-SR platform operations, IoT, SIM connect, MNO, MVNO and SIM development projects . Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery in telecom and IoT environments, aligning technical execution with business objectives. Skilled in stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with GSMA specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Specify eUICC/UICC Profile requirements
  • Develop SIM/eSIM Electrical Profile
  • Data Generation for SIM/eSIM personalization
  • Preparation of personalization script in coordination with SIM card production factory
  • Preparation of test cards
  • Perform test and BAP card validation, both internal and external with customer
  • SIM/eSIM Test plan development, Test script preparation, Test execution and Test report generation.
  • SIM Operating System qualification testing; software validation (unit tests, functional testing, system test, integration test)
  • SIM/eSIM Troubleshooting, first level of investigation, reproduction of issues found, root cause analysis
  • Post-production support. Support Quality team in the resolution of problems and coordinate response/communication to the customer
  • OTA operations management.
  • Smart card APDU preparation and execution.
  • STK development and validation.
  • IoT, SIM connect, MVNO and MNO delivery experience
  • Managed DP+ profile provisioning projects, enabling multi-profile capabilities for global MNO partners.

  • Coordinated SM-SR platform integration with multiple MNOs and OEMs, ensuring GSMA compliance.

  • Led end-to-end SIM development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to commercial launch.

  • Oversaw OTA campaigns for large-scale SIM/eSIM updates, achieving [X]% success rate.

  • Collaborated with vendors for SIM profile customization and key management processes.

  • Conducted UAT and regression testing for new SIM profiles and SM-SR releases.

  • Prepared project documentation including SRS, test plans, and change requests.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 6 - 10 years of experience in a technical support role in Telecom and SIM/eSIM/USIM card projects
  • Strong knowledge of SIM-related technologies and protocols
  • Experience with mobile network technologies such as LTE, 3G, 4G, 5G
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
