As part of a high-performing strategy team, you will work with leading global and local clients to co-create agile, resilient, and data-driven operating models that align with evolving business strategies and future-of-work trends. You will play a key role in shaping client transformation journeys, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagements in shared services design, operating model development, and organizational redesign.
• Drive data-driven strategy and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Leverage analytics and visualization tools to generate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning.
• Strengthen relationships with global client teams to identify value opportunities

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• Ability to demonstrate high integrity and credibility
• Database management skills (MS Access)
• Expertise in designing target operating models (TOM) and enterprise-wide organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of global business services (GBS) and shared services frameworks.
• Experience in job architecture redesign and role clarity initiatives.
• Ability to align organizational structures with business strategy and digital transformation goals.
