Job Description
- 7 10 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
- Hands on experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives or Data & AI transformation
- Hands On experience in designing and building end-to-end Enterprise AI and Gen AI Strategic Solutions using Cloud & Non-Cloud platforms like Google Vertex and Gemini, Azure AI, Open AI, Co-Pilot, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watson, DataRobot etc.
- Excellent understanding of Traditional AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI and Advanced Cognitive methods to derive insights and actions
- Good working knowledge in formulation of relevant guiding principles and platform components with expertise in Responsible AI frameworks is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing Data & AI strategy recommendations as well as developing POCs
- Deep Understanding of data supply chain and building value realization framework for Data & AI transformations
- Mandatory knowledge of IT & Enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
- A strong understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources or equivalent domains
- Cloud AI Practitioner Certifications (Azure, AWS, Google) desirable but not essential
