Manager - Motor Operations

Looking for candidates from Insurance Broking or General Insurance who have handled motor operations.

Job Purpose

To handle end-to-end motor insurance operations including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation, and coordination with insurers, agents, and customers while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Issuance & Servicing

• Issue motor insurance policies (New, Renewal, Roll-over) for Private Car, Two-Wheeler, and Commercial Vehicles
• Process endorsements such as name change, vehicle details, IDV, add-ons, cancellations, and refunds
• Ensure accurate data entry in core insurance systems and portals

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy approvals, and clarifications
• Liaise with sales, agents, and brokers to support business requirements
• Respond to customer and partner queries related to policy issuance and documentation
