Manager - MICE & Corporate Events

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MICE professional with a strong background in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and large-scale programs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of events, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in vendor coordination and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute MICE events including meetings, conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips, and corporate events
• Handle end-to-end event executionfrom concept and budgeting to on-ground delivery and post-event reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, venues, and production partners
• Manage event budgets, negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization
• Oversee logistics such as travel, accommodation, F&B, registrations, stage setup, and delegate management
• Lead on-ground teams and ensure smooth event operations
• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
• Prepare event proposals, presentations, and post-event analysis reports
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in MICE / corporate events / event management
• Strong experience in conferences, exhibitions, incentive programs, and large-scale corporate events
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Strong budgeting, negotiation, and operational planning abilities
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage high-pressure situations
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements

Preferred

• Experience working with corporate clients or agencies
• Exposure to international MICE programs is a plus
