Mandatory Experience Requirements
- 3-4 Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- Self-motivated and confident
- Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
- Make purchase order, Work order & check the quality & the quantity of material, Vendor information through an ERP
- Should be a good data oriented personnel
- Prepare thorough rate analysis for relevant items before negotiation meetings with vendors.
