Mandatory Experience Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- Skilled in budgeting and costing for both residential and commercial projects.
- Experienced in budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficient in value engineering techniques.
- Capable of conducting material and labor reconciliation.
- Conduct balance cost analysis effectively.
- Adept at generating various types of Management Information Systems (MIS) and performing historical data analysis.
