Looking for Suitable candidate with Site purchasing / Material Planning background to manage procurement related tasks.

Should have hands on Experience with MS Office, SAP MM Module, GT Nexus, etc.

Work Location :- Aurangabad

Experience - 12+ years of relevant experience is required.

Job Profile

• Send RFQ to Supplier and get the quote, release PO with necessary approval, get commitment on shipment.
• Execute Supplier on boarding process like EDI setup, Vendor code Extension with exposure of SAP MM Module, GT Nexus, etc.
• Lead and ensure supplier payments as per agreed payment terms by clearing price related grief on time.
• Lead and provide Implementation plan of Engineering Change and execute the completion of ECN on time to comply 100% adherence.
• Exhibit Interpersonal skills through proper co ordination with peer department like Supplier Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, etc & make sure rejected parts are sent back to suppliers.
• Perform Data analysis with good experience of MS Office to support reporting of metrics,  Publishing Report.
• Records documents of purchasing tasks and activities, such as orders, bidding.
• Ensures compliance with procurement regulations and contract specifications.
• Adheres to various requirements and steps of the procurement process.
• Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
• Manage good relationship with suppliers.
