Section-1 Quality & compliance responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance to all cGMP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements
2. Ensure that all managed operations and activities are executed as per the applicable SOPs.
3. Maintain control to ensure that all team members are trained on the relevant SOPs and support continuous learning/ capability building.
4. Responsible for ensuring that the facilities are maintained to be fit-for-purpose.
5. Encourage a culture of quality compliance and open communication that supports all employees to raise quality concerns or suggest improvements.

1. Section-2 Technical responsibilities:
2. Monitoring all statutory compliance related to environmental management with established procedures.
3. Fulfilling all requirements of government authorities like Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Central Pollution Control Board and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
4. Coordination with landfill, incineration, co-processing, Waste mixing facility for disposal of Hazardous waste.
5. Efficient functioning of Effluent Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant & Multi-effect Evaporator Plant.
6. Coordination with internal plant Personal's for control, mitigation of environmental pollution within the premises.
7. Ensure & implementation of CEHS guidelines at site.
8. Review the HAZOP, Risk Assessment, JSA and its compliance.
9. Ensure Process safety policy and goals are implemented for their department.
10. To ensure that the Environmental management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 14001.
11. Reporting on the performance of the environmental management system to top management.

Relevant EHS (Environment) experience of 10+ years in the Industry. Preferably 3+ years in Pharmaceutical Industry
