End-to-end supply chain (includes warehousing, transportation, and distribution)

Team Management

Oversees logistics staff, coordinates with transporters and suppliers

Technology Used

Transport management systems, shipment tracking, route optimization tools

Key Skills

Analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, strategic planning

Working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA

Performance Metrics

Delivery times, transportation costs, order accuracy, customer satisfaction

Compliance Focus

Regulatory compliance in transport, customs, and distribution

Customer Interaction

Handles logistics issues, delivery queries, and supplier coordination
